Return & Exchange Policy

 

At Beautyglam.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a hassle-free return, exchange, and refund policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience for all our valued customers in Pakistan.

How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request

  • Customers can raise a return or exchange complaint within 24 hours of delivery if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product. Email us at beautyglam.pk@gmail.com with your invoice and clear product pictures.
  • Always record an unboxing video before opening your parcel. This is mandatory to claim any damaged, missing, or incorrect product. Unfortunately, claims submitted without video proof cannot be processed. 
  • NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE if we find the product open, used or it's copy.
  • If you wish to exchange a product purchased from our physical outlet, the exchange can only be processed at the same outlet where the purchase was originally made. Please ensure you bring the original bill/receipt with you. In-store exchanges are valid within the specified period.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
  • Products must be in 100% original condition: unopened, sealed, unused, undamaged, with all tags and stickers intact, and in their original packaging.
  • Items that are expired, broken, opened, or unsealed will not be eligible for return.

Exchange Policy 

  • Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original sealed packaging.
  • If the new product is of lesser value, the balance will be issued to you as store credit for your next order.

Important Notes

  • Customers must bear the shipping cost for returning or exchanging products. Beauty Glam will not cover courier charges for return shipments.
  • Processing time for returns or exchanges is 10–15 business days after receiving the product.
  • No cash refunds are issued. 
  • Think Before You Buy as change of mind is not applicable.
